An HR Professional and passionate advocate for the value of human capital, work/life balance and organizational culture. With over 10 years experience I can help elevate your business through more effective, streamlined HR practices in benefits, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, employee development and/or staffing management.

I’m a lover of writing, yoga, travel, books and wine. I believe in service above self, community, continuous education and coffee (not necessarily in that order).

My sassy teenage daughter is my life, so much so, that I listen to rap with her.

I am a minimalist.
My husband is not.
